BOARD OF DIRECTORS
IT HAS COME TO OUR ATTENTION THAT THE GATE LOCK HAS HAD MANY COSTLY REPAIRS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.
OUR LOCK IS NOT A SPRING-LOADED LOCK.
WHEN UNLOCKING THE LOCK, INSERT THE KEY, AND GENTLY TURN THE KEY RIGHT WHILE PULLING DOWN ON THE BASE OF THE LOCK. TURNING & FORCING THE KEY FURTHER THAN IT NEEDS, DAMAGES THE INTERNALS, AND MAKES THE LOCK USELESS.
THANK YOU, DAN HARMAN, VP
