Gate Lock

 It has come to our attention that the gate lock has had many costly repairs throughout the year.

Our lock is not a spring-loaded lock.

When unlocking the lock, insert the key, and gently turn the key right while pulling down on the base of the lock. Turning and forcing the key further than it needs damages the internals and makes the lock useless.
